Thats what they are there for & why you pay taxes. Sometimes we may be guilty of thinking too much, possibly because of all the movies & tv we've seen, our imaginations can come up some pretty wild scenarios---bottom line, a guy's wallet fell out at a burger joint, you found it--let the cops deal with the rest.
