My Forums are Up!

Not sure if this idea will be a successful one, but I very much would like to make my website a more community-driven place. I hope it’s not just “My 1st Million At 33″, but a site to share all of your financial thoughts too.
In the forums, you can post the followings:
- Questions about my blog.
- Suggestions for Website Improvements.
- Suggestions for New Posts, such as Books for Reviews.
- Deals for electronics, music/books, finance, & misc.
- Income tax questions/answers.
- Franchise opportunities that you like.
Please feel welcomed to participate in any of the forums. If no one is there to read your messages, don’t worry. At least FOR CERTAIN, I will read & reply them. Any off-topic messages can always send to my email. I prefer on-topic messages to be sent thru Forums, but if for any reasons you want to send them thru emails, that would be fine too.

Thanks Tim for the encouragement. So far there is 1 more registered person, but no comments yet. I think this may really take some time to develop.

hi i was searching for rewiews for quizno’s start up and came across your site. I want to open some type of business \ franchise. I am looking into quizo’s 1. I really like their food. 2. there is none close to where i work. it seems like quite a bit of money (i sent away for their franchise package)however i was looking for more detail as to how much % they take etc etc. any who I will keep searching but your site from what i have seen is nice hang in there it will catch on.

Thanks Tammy.
What you describe about franchise is a common problem that I faced too during my search. Quite often, the best physical locations are already taken. And it is definitely some money that you need to sink in. So you must be prepared to put up quite some time & efforts so that you can recover your initial cost.
I went as far as 60 miles. But I ended not buying those Quiznos.
