subject to review by the IRS.&quot;

I&#039;m not saying they&#039;ll catch you, but that holds true of any form of tax evasion.</description>

		<description>I believe for 1099 people your maximum required contribution in one year will not exceed the sum you paid as 1099 income in the previous year. So for me I&#039;ve already paid in the required sum and I&#039;m able to invest the remaining tax as you describe.</description>
