The debut for My Digg of the Week is from Investorial. The article talks about Buffett’s version of being an investor and EQ for being an investor. If you want to become a good investor, definitely go and read this article and learn from the best investor Buffett.

Investorial has several more articles on Warren Buffett, all of which I find very interesting:

    1. Buffett’s Tenets – On Being An Investor
    2. Buffett’s Tenets – On The Market
    3. Buffett’s Tenets – On Selecting Businesses (Part 1)

      Hey Frugal:

I’ve always been a fan of Warren Buffett’s no-nonsense, value-oriented approach to investing.

I think that over the long-term, his portfolio has outperformed the market by a wide margin.

Thanks so much for the mention earlier. I enjoy your blog.

Very interesting espically as I was looking at the p/e ratio.. I need to learn more about the ROA …

      To Frugal Duchess, you’re welcomed.

To Garrett, make sure you look at Forward P/E ratio which is more meaningful for the current price of a particular stock.

    4. garrett Says:

hah forward p/e never even heard of it.. let me research that also..

and I did’nt mean roa.. I mean ROE or return on equity… Actually I looked a few stocks that I have been looking at and some (like F and OTTR) have lower than normal ROE… F is in the negative and OTTR is 11%… I read on there that 15% or higher is what you wnat to look for..

then I saw KO which was at 30% WEHEWW! hahah
