I fully agree with you. I will probably sell Goldcorp down the road for sure. The CEO & board of directors are in the similar class as people (Lay, Skilling, Fastow) in Enron. Damnit. Even if shareholders win back their rights to vote on the merger, I am going to sell my shares (if stock price recovers) unless the current CEO and board of directors are kicked out! Rant over... Btw, I've really enjoyed the numerous articles posted here in the past few months. Seeing ML share his knowledge here is also a major coup.
