  I&#039;m sorry to hear that, and I feel your losses.  I fully agree with you.  I will probably sell Goldcorp down the road for sure.  The CEO &amp; board of directors are in the similar class as people (Lay, Skilling, Fastow) in Enron.

  I&#039;m glad that you like the changes here.  ML is very knowledgeable, and I was glad that he signed up here to blog.</description>

Even if shareholders win back their rights to vote on the merger, I am going to sell my shares (if stock price recovers) unless the current CEO and board of directors are kicked out!
