This isn&#039;t because he deserves it, as you so rightly point out, but it has generated a ton of buzz, which they hope leads to sales. I think it will be another TIME contrarian call, just like naming Hitler and Stalin Men of the Year. Also, who can forget the cover with Greenspan, Rubin, and Summers as the brain trust that saved the world.</description>
